Shipping
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on business days before 5 p.m. can be shipped the next day. The prices listed do not include shipping costs.

Returns
We offer a 14-day return period, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not reimburse the costs of return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unopened, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Fellaro products must not show any signs of wear.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess and resolve the issue.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item. Once the return shipment has been accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-day cooling-off period (European Union)
If the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving a reason. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unopened, with labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and checked your return shipment and whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your money back via your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
